I can so much relate with the Donuts and Jalebi
We all have a particular food, or special occasions in our culture that we grew uo celebrating and when we move to another place, we develop new habits, start liking new food and explore new places. I am sure, like me most of the students that moved from India to USA feels the same. I interviewed a lot of immigrant students and was surprised to observe at some point they could all relate to my food cravings, missing festivals, loving similar stuff in USA.
